Solar Panel Warranty — 25 Years
Our panels come with a dual warranty from the manufacturer covering both product defects and energy output performance.
- Product warranty: 25-year coverage against manufacturing defects, material failures, and premature degradation
- Performance guarantee: Panels warranted to produce at least 84.8% of rated output at year 25
- Degradation rate: No more than 0.55% annual degradation after the first year
- Replacement: Defective panels replaced at no cost including shipping
Inverter Warranty — 12 to 25 Years
Inverters convert DC power from your panels into AC power for your home. Coverage length varies by inverter type and brand.
- Microinverters: 25-year warranty (Enphase IQ series)
- String inverters: 12-year standard warranty with optional extension to 20–25 years
- Power optimizers: 25-year warranty when paired with compatible inverters
- Covers: Component failure, firmware issues, and performance below rated specs
Workmanship Warranty — 25 Years
This is our warranty — the one we stand behind personally. It covers the quality of our installation work for a full 25 years.
- Electrical connections: All wiring, conduit, junction boxes, and panel connections
- Racking and mounting: All hardware, rails, brackets, and fasteners
- System design: Production performance based on our original design specifications
- Labor: Any repair labor needed due to installation-related issues at no charge
Roof Penetration Warranty
As a division of Dura-Foam Roofing, we bring roofing expertise that most solar companies simply don't have. We guarantee that every roof penetration is watertight.
- Leak-free guarantee: All mounting points sealed with professional-grade flashing and sealant
- Roofing expertise: Installations performed by crews trained in both roofing and solar
- Full repair coverage: If a leak occurs at any mounting point, we repair the roof and any resulting interior damage

- Physical damage from falling objects, vandalism, or accidents
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or third-party work on the system
- Normal cosmetic wear (minor discoloration, surface scratches that don't affect performance)
- Power outages or grid issues outside your solar system
- Production drops caused by new shading (tree growth, new construction)
- Pest damage (birds, squirrels, rodents) — we offer optional critter guards to help prevent this

Follow-Up
After the repair, we verify your system is performing at full capacity and document the work for your records.
Typical response time: Most warranty claims are acknowledged within 1–2 business days. Remote diagnostics can often identify the issue within 24 hours. On-site repairs are typically scheduled within 5–10 business days, depending on parts availability and weather conditions.
